I work with high-functioning adults who are ready to go beyond talk therapy and access deeper levels of healing. Many of my clients have tried traditional approaches—therapy, medication, coaching—but still feel stuck, anxious, disconnected, or weighed down by unresolved trauma. They are often caregivers, professionals, or highly sensitive individuals who carry a lot for others but haven’t had a safe space to truly release what’s been living inside. My work offers that space—one that’s sacred, intentional, and focused on true transformation.
My approach integrates ancestral Mexican healing traditions with psilocybin-assisted therapy, somatic tools, and inner child work. I guide clients through a full ceremonial process—from preparation to integration—so they can release suppressed pain, reconnect with their authentic self, and reset their nervous system from the inside out. This is not about chasing a “high” or numbing out. It’s about meeting what’s been avoided with compassion and clarity, and finding freedom on the other side. I offer both private and small group ceremonies, creating containers that are safe, culturally grounded, and deeply effective.
I’ve been a licensed speech-language pathologist in California since 2019 and have over 15 years of experience working with children and families through the lens of communication, emotional development, and trauma-informed care. Over time, my path evolved into deeper healing work that bridges clinical knowledge with spiritual wisdom. My background allows me to meet clients with both professional rigor and soulful presence.
Most of my sessions take place in-person in the Bay Area. I offer in-home private ceremonies, group sessions in sacred spaces, and follow-up integration support. I believe healing should be accessible, embodied, and aligned with your lived experience—not just your diagnosis. If you’re seeking something deeper, more honest, and truly liberating, I’m here to walk that path with you.
I value in-person therapy because so many people today feel unseen, unheard, and disconnected. Being in the same space allows for genuine presence—where clients can feel truly met, supported, and safe to let their guard down. It's not just about talking; it’s about being witnessed. In-person work creates a deeper sense of trust and connection that’s hard to replicate virtually, especially when doing trauma and inner child work that requires real-time attunement and care.
