My style is warm and encouraging, and emphasizes a trusting, safe relationship between us. Sometimes therapy requires courage and challenges us, and together we can also be playful, creative, and greet the unknown with curiosity. There are many paths to choose from, but all involve expanding on your strengths, drawing from your lived experience to meet your goals, and learning new skills and techniques.
